Gread comment, No one! Didn't knew about Tiger's Nest :)

Taktshang is one of the most famous monasteries in Bhutan. Completed in 1692, it hangs on a cliff at 3,120 metres (10,200 feet), some 700 meters (2,300 feet) above the bottom of Paro valley, some 10 km from the district town of Paro. The name means "Tiger's nest", the legend being that Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) flew there on the back of a tiger. The monastery includes seven temples which can all be visited. Climbing to the monastery is on foot or mule.

as funny as the article sounds, there are solutions already implemented: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_artificial_islands. My own personal favourites are the airports: http://news.travelcounsellors.co.uk/Japans_Spectacular_Floating_Airports_2008060317400935.html.
But as Japan is in full-blown recession and to avoid any effects of the world ec. crisis, I should say New Year's Eve as high from the ground as you can get: somewhere on a plane, flying...being somewhat in between: nowhere and anywhere... or at Tiger's Nest.
