Valorile/cultura firmei
In continuarea raspunsurilor despre neogen, cate ceva despre valori/cultura..In decembrie 2005 trimiteam urmatorul mail colegilor mei (era printre primele scrise in engleza, tocmai ne extinsesem in regiune):
We offer to internet users in the region an information and communication platform that is: - fast, simple to use (our parents can use it), - high-volume (biggest number of people/offers), - low-cost (usually free).
In order to be able to do this, we as a company must: - have fast processes, simple structure and low costs, - rely on technology to automatically perform standard tasks, leaving to us only the interesting work, - learn from the experience of others.
People that build this company are: - proactive, taking initiative and getting things done, - communicative, in an open, direct and positive way, - flexible/addaptive to market and internal changes.
Cultura neogen a fost influentata de:
- fondatori (acestia sint mereu la baza culturii oricarei organizatii: pe langa faptul ca-s de obicei sefi si stabilesc regulile/atmosfera, au tendinta sa angajeze persoane cu valori similare);
- locatie (faptul ca am pornit din Tg.Mures ne-a redus stresul plecarii oamenilor catre concurenta si in acelasi timp ne-a limitat interactiunea / schimbul de know-how cu alti jucatori din piata);
- extinderea internationala (trecerea la engleza si schimbarea perspectivei de la una locala la una regionala au fost factori importanti in evolutia perceptiei de sine a echipei).
Am elaborat la un moment dat, acum vreo 5 ani, valorile firmei. Dupa zeci de mailuri, votari si sintetizari, am ales: Smart, Simple, Smile.
