Management
Mi-am rugat colegii sa-mi dea feedback la stilul de management, iata ce au spus:
1) planning
aici poti lucra la planurile pe termen lung. nu avem, lucru care ne face rau, tu fiind leaderul organziatiei trebuie sa fii prima persoana cu o viziune. daca tu de fapt ai planuri pe tremen lung, inseamna ca problema este de comunicare, pt ca noi nu le stim
2) people
stii sa alegi oameni f buni, clar :D. sunt uneori cazuri cand pastrezi in organizatie under-achieveri, nu stiu de ce, insa avem oameni mediocri pe diverse posturi.
Not setting clear/correct expectations towards people.
2′) motivation
the motivation of people is not only material, they need assurance that they do their job well, some good words when they performs well. at least for the best ones (sometimes they ask from me what calin thinks about them…)
3) change
Entering the market without having the clear picture of the product that is to be sold. Thus changing products main benefits and definitions often makes both sales people and customers confused.
4) control
You seem to think that you can keep pace with everything but you can’t. In the end, your don’t REALLY delegate anything. A direct result from this is that you tend to oversimplify everything. (which can sometimes be a good thing).
5) culture
You want this company to have a culture but you don’t know how culture works cause you are a lonely rider and culture is something we SHARE.

Foarte generos din partea ta sa impartasesti asemenea “intimitati”. Dovedeste ca nicaieri nu e simplu si nimanui nu-i e usor, contrar aparentelor de pe Facebook.

hai sa-ti spun si partea buna, BestJobs a crescut si a dominat piata atatia ani pentru ca tu ai controlat totul dar si pentru ca echipa era f mica si o puteai acoperi usor. Ca dupa ce eJobs a trecut lider te-ai “pierdut” asta e alta problema

Felicitari pentru articol, i-am dat share spre lista mea de cunoscuti printre care si cativa mangeri.
BestJobs-ul e intr-adevar un succes. La Neogen insa simt perfect confuzia mentionata mai sus.
